By creating an account, joining an arena, or otherwise using the service, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Game play
ALIVE is a skill-based entertainment platform. The MVP is free to use; no real money is wagered. Picks, eliminations, and winners are determined by the rules of each arena and the official results of the underlying sport. We are not a betting house and we hold no gambling licenses.
4. Your data
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time via your profile or the data deletion page.
5. Content & conduct
Don't post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or designed to disrupt the service. We may remove content and accounts that breach this rule.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be heard in the courts of São Paulo unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
