Account data (name, email, profile picture, locale, social-login identifier). Game data (arenas you joined, picks you locked, results). Technical data (IP, browser, device, crash reports).
2. Why we collect it
To run the service, authenticate you, send transactional emails (round opened, round revealed), and improve reliability. We never sell your data.
3. Third parties we use
Google (sign-in), Facebook/Meta (sign-in, when enabled), Pusher (realtime arena updates), AWS SES (email), AWS RDS (database hosting), Sentry (error reporting), API-Tennis (sport data — no personal data shared). Each runs under its own privacy terms.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are anonymized within 30 days; arena history is retained but linked to a sentinel "deleted user".
5. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time via your profile, the data deletion page, or by emailing hello@alive.fun.
6. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and security. We do not use third-party tracking cookies in the MVP.
