Delete your data
You can delete your ALIVE account and personal data at any time. This page exists to comply with Meta's data deletion requirement and the LGPD.
1. Self-service
If you have an account, sign in and go to your Profile → "Delete my account". The deletion is irreversible and runs within 30 days.
2. By email
If you can't access your account, email hello@alive.fun from the address on your account. Include your display name and a note saying "data deletion request". We'll process within 30 days and reply with a confirmation.
3. From Facebook
Facebook users can revoke ALIVE from (Apps and Websites → ALIVE → Remove). When you do this, Facebook tells us via a signed callback and we run the same deletion automatically.
4. What gets deleted
Your name, email, profile picture, and authentication identifiers are removed. Your arena history is retained anonymously (so other players' history isn't broken) — there is no way to link it back to you.
5. What we retain
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (arena counts, round counts) and any records we are legally required to keep (e.g. fraud prevention).
